INTAKE PROCEDURE:First time clients must provide photo ID, recent utility bill or copy of lease, and identification for others in household. Returning clients must bring photo ID.

ELIGIBILITY:May shop once per 30 days Income must be at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Line.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Must provide proof of residence, photo ID/driver's license and ID for other household members
